honey glazing is a fun way to get a little colour and flavour to a dish, but it can be messy.
We have rounded up the best ways to make honey glazes in under 10 minutes.
1.
Make a glaze by boiling a couple of tablespoons of boiling water in a pot, then adding the rest of the ingredients.
You can also make your own honey glazier by mixing the ingredients together in a bowl.
2.
To make a glazed carrot, mix together a cup of finely chopped carrots and a little water in the pot.
Heat over medium-low heat, then slowly add the carrots and bring to the boil.
Stir to coat the carrots with the liquid.
3.
Add the carrots to the bowl of a food processor and pulse a few times to get the mixture mixed into the carrot.
4.
Add a pinch of salt to taste and mix until you have a smooth, glossy paste.
5.
Add your favourite herbs and mix well.
If you have leftover honey, you can store the glaze for up to a week in the fridge.
6.
To use a honey glazer, combine the ingredients and pour into a bowl or jar.
If the honey glazi is a little thick, add a little more water to thicken it. 7.
