I have a new favorite type of candy.
Honey 2 cast.
It’s a brand of sweet candy that’s a hybrid of the old and the new.
I’ve been obsessed with honey 2 casts since I was a kid.
Honey is basically sweetened condensed milk and you mix it with honey and you get a sugar-free version of honey.
When I was younger, I would have been able to just get that sweet taste of honey in my mouth, but I have now had enough.
I don’t have to worry about it any more.
It is super easy to make, and I love that I can just get it in my candy cabinet and mix it up.
So here’s how to make it, and how to use it in your life.
Honey 1 cast,4 different ingredientsYou’ll need:4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons liquid stevia extract or honeystrawberry extractYou’ll also need:3 tablespoons powdered sugar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractHow to make Honey 2 Cast:2 cups all-purpose flour2 tablespoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper2 tablespoons honey1 teaspoon vanilla or orange extract2 tablespoons waterStep 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, cornstech, stevias, honey, liquid stecyl, and vanilla.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Stir to combine.
Step 2: Spoon batter into prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 3: Mix honey with powdered sugar, vanilla, liquid vanilla, and water.
Step 4: Pour honey mixture into the cooled candy cabinet.
Remove the wax paper from the center of the candy.
Repeat with remaining candy.
I like to make a few batches for my birthday and Halloween parties, just to make sure the honey lasts.
Step 5: Allow the candy to cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
It will solidify and become easier to handle.
