Russian honey cake and honey stinger whip, with the perfect mixture of sugar and cinnamon, are a treat to try.
I’ve had a couple of different variations of these two desserts, but my favorite is the RUSSIA HONEY BURNER WIFTS recipe that I’ve shared on my blog.
I’ve always been a fan of sweets, and the RUSTIC SWEET CREME CREAM COOKIES recipe is a favorite of mine.
These sweet, moist creations are made with just 1 ingredient: sugar.
The RUSSIC HONEY WIFT recipe, on the other hand, requires a whole lot of ingredients, and I prefer to keep things simple.
But, if you’re looking for a recipe that’s a little more complicated, try this RUSSIE BAKED WICKED WINGS recipe.
It’s a delicious, moist dessert, but also incredibly easy to make.
How to Make RUSSO-HONEY COWDER (Ingredients: 1 pound ground honey, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup water) This recipe can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge overnight.
To make the RUSH COOKING CREAM (recipe: 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1.5 cups frozen strawberries, 1-2 tablespoons butter, 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract) 1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Fold in the whipped cream until it’s well combined.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the center of the cake is set.
Allow to cool completely.
Melt butter in a medium bowl until melted.
Add powdered sugar, then beat until creamy.
Add egg yolks, vanilla extract and beat until combined.
Pour into a prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle strawberries over the cake and bake for about 20-25 minutes or for a little longer, until the strawberries are set.
You can serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
