It seems like a no-brainer, right?
Honey is a nutrient dense food that’s highly nutritious and has a long history of use in traditional medicine.
But according to the National Institute of Health (NIH), honey is actually a form of sugar.
It’s been said that the term honey is the only thing that can explain its origins.
So, what’s in it?
According to the USDA, honey contains a wide variety of sugars.
The honey we eat is often made from the pollen and nectar of bees.
The sugars in honey are digested and broken down into their components, which are then broken down by yeast and sugar.
Some of the sugars in the honey are essential oils and flavonoids, which give honey its flavor.
When bees gather pollen, they leave the seeds in the air and collect pollen from the air they breathe.
According the USDA’s definition of honey, honey is honey without any of the flavor or health benefits of honey.
Honey has a higher fat content than other foods and it also contains a lot of sugars, which is why it’s often used as a sweetener for baked goods and other sweeteners.
If you’re trying to lose weight or keep your weight under control, honey may be a good option.
However, if you want to get more bang for your honey buck, then honey is probably not the best choice.
“Honey does contain the usual ingredients of sugar and fructose, both of which are linked to diabetes and heart disease,” says Dr. Joanna Wurster, a dietitian and dietitist at the University of California, Davis.
But Dr. Wurter also points out that it’s important to keep in mind that honey has many other health benefits besides sugar.
For example, honey has been used for centuries to treat coughs and other common colds.
It can be used in traditional Chinese medicine and to treat the symptoms of cancer.
It’s also used in the treatment of digestive problems.
Dr. Warster adds that honey is good for treating the common cold and it’s also been proven to be a very effective antifungal.
Wurster suggests you take honey supplements to make sure you get the full benefits of it.
Some experts say that if you don’t want to use honey for its health benefits, you should instead use a natural sugar substitute.
That’s why the NIH says that honey should be used as part of a balanced diet and that “natural sugars should not be added to honey.”
“We recommend using honey as a source of protein and fiber, because they contain fiber, vitamins and minerals,” says Wurstinger.
“You can use natural sweeteners or add honey to your food.”
Drink Honey instead of SugarIf you want a healthy, sweet, healthy alternative to honey, you can take honey instead.
Honey is rich in minerals and is packed with essential nutrients.
