Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add the egg and stir to coat.

Add in the honey and stir for a few minutes to dissolve.

Add cornstich, water, sugar, and salt to the pan.
Cook over medium-high heat until the cornstia is lightly browned and soft.

Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Add all of the remaining ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of water and mix until everything is well combined.

Spoon the honey into the pan and spread it out in a thin layer.
You may want to spread the mixture out a little bit.

Cover the pan with foil and cook for a minute or two until the honey begins to bubble and thicken.
